How to Block Website in Windows 10

So much of our life is digital today. We visit tens of websites every day to consume and share information. But the sites we visit might not be appropriate for our kids.

If you share your Windows 10 PC with your kids, it’s a good idea to block access to certain websites on your PC.

Steps : 

1. Open This PC 

2. Go to C: Drive 

3.  Open Folder : 

   Windows -> System 32 -> Drivers -> etc 
   

4.  And Select Host file , Then Right Click .

5. Click Properties  -> Security Tab .

6. Click Edit option .

8. Click Add option  -> Advanced .

9.  Find Now 

10.   Select Everyone User .

11.  Then OK -> OK .

12.  Check Mark [ * ]  Full Control .

13.  Click Apply -> Yes -> Ok -> ok .  

14.  Open Host file In Notepad . 

15.  Go to Last Line

For Block Website :  

127.0.0.1      www.facebook.com

127.0.0.1      www.youtube.com

127.0.0.1      www.google.com 

16. Then Save File [ Ctrl + S ]

17. Open Any Browser .
